Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt of our shipment to return, for whatever reason, all goods ordered on www.les-petites-serveittes.com.

To request a return, simply contact Les Petites Serviettes Customer Services:

We will then tell you how to proceed. (Don’t worry, it’s very easy)

You will receive an email containing your return authorization.

You can then return the goods in their original packaging and, needless to say, in perfect condition for resale, to the following address:

Refunds for returned goods including shipping costs, are issued within a maximum of 5 days from receipt of said goods.
